I. Summary:
Quebec has always been a unique presence in Canadian immigration policy. Following the successful delegation program in Saskatchewan, at the turn of spring and summer 2022, you are now invited to explore Quebec. Known as “Little Paris of North America”, Montreal is the next place where the 14th private meeting of the RCIC Club and the members only delegation will be launched, and it will last 3 days 2 nights.

With the help of club members and friends, the club has held 22 high-quality online and in-person activities since its establishment. These events and lectures received many positive and enthusiastic reviews from the participants. In order to share business opportunities and promote collaboration within and outside the industry, the club will launch its latest in-person gathering of the year at the end of May 2022. On the first day of the four day event, the first AGM of the Club will be held at the Economic Centre of Quebec in Montreal. Meantime, Paul Chiang, Member of Parliament of Canada Parliamentary Secretary of the Minister of Diversity & Inclusion of Canada and former York Religion Police Sergeant will send the special blessing of the Federal Parliament to the club. The IRB Protalk, led by the club’s Education Committee leader — Gerrie Wagner, will be held online on the same day. Meanwhile, the European immigration project promotion will also be held in the 5-star luxury hotel in Montreal on the evening of 29th. In the next two days, participants will meet with Quebec’s former immigration minister, and will have in-depth communications with the famous Quebec financial intermediary company ,Science and Technology Park and a local Vocational College. Members participating in the event will not only interact with their experienced counterparts about the latest trends in the immigration industry and explore the special immigration projects of Quebec, but also will have the opportunity to engage in future business cooperation. Besides the professional lectures and business visiting, the event will also include all kinds of pro-gatherings with profound themes. The gatherings will include the Business Connection Lunch Meeting, held at Les Enfants Terribles, a top trending restaurant in Montreal. The Management and Operation of Immigration Companies Afternoon High Tea, Development of Client Relationships In Immigration Industry Gourmet Gathering, Growth of New Vision Breakfast Meetup and the Social Responsibilities of RCIC Non-Profit Consulting Event, and much more.
The event will be in vinous forms, including lectures, visiting, dinner meetings and etc, to expand your knowledge base, as well as understand Quebec projects and investment opportunities.

In recent years, Canadian federal and provincial immigration programs have been frequently updated. The skilled worker and investment immigrant programs in Quebec are also being reformed. The 14th private meeting will focus on Quebec, IRB certificate program as well as Europe investor immigration programs through lectures and seminars to conduct a comprehensive study on the economic and immigration programs of Quebec, Europe and the IRB certificate preparation .

The RCIC Club strives to create a platform for communication, sharing and collaboration for our members. This private meeting will focus on the economy of Quebec and the immigration programs. Participants will find a lot of value and gain in these meetings.

iii. Arriving Time:
Members should arrive at the assigned hotel by 1:00 PM EST, May 29th. Please contact Ms. Xu Huan for further assistance after arriving.

iv. Fee:
Members from other provinces:
Luxury suit: $1200 + GST/person
Standard room: 800$+GST/person

  1. The fee includes:
    Three meals per day, 2 nights’ accommodation (4-star luxury hotel–Le Westin Montreal), all ground transportation expenses during the itinerary
  2. The fee does not include air tickets.

Event statement:
During the itinerary, flights, scenic spots and official arrangements will be adjusted according to the actual situation. If there are any changes, the final itinerary shall prevail. Dinner will be arranged in the house. If the epidemic affects and cannot eat in a restaurant, we arrange for the restaurant to deliver the food to the de.
