The Canadian Immigration Consultants Club (RCIC Club) is pleased to announce that the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 24th Private Conference will be held in Toronto from May 23 to 25, 2026.

This annual gathering is one of the Club’s most important in-person events, bringing together members, colleagues, and industry peers for professional exchange, meaningful connection, and forward-looking engagement.

This is a curated, closed-door professional gathering with limited capacity, designed for high-value interaction within a trusted professional environment.

Venue

This year’s event will take place at One King West Hotel in downtown Toronto.

Built in 1914, the historic venue adds a distinctive sense of character to this year’s AGM and Private Conference, offering a memorable setting for both formal sessions and in-person networking.

Program Highlights

A Curated, High-Trust Professional Environment

Hosted at the iconic One King West Hotel, this gathering follows RCIC Club’s signature format:

Focused · Private · High-Quality

The limited scale ensures that every interaction is intentional. Participants engage not as audience members, but as peers within a trusted professional circle.

Core Program Themes: Practice, AI, and Industry Evolution

Aligned with the official conference agenda, the program includes:

  • Annual General Meeting (AGM)
  • Private Conference & Industry Exchange
  • AI & the Future of Immigration Consulting
  • Round-table Discussion: “Can AI Replace RCICs?”

These sessions are designed to deliver practical insight, strategic clarity, and forward-looking perspectives—not surface-level discussion.

Professional Network & Meaningful Connections

Over three days, participants will engage in:

  • Direct connection with top immigration professionals
  • Peer-to-peer exchange of experience, tools, and strategies
  • Opportunities for collaboration and long-term client development

This is an environment built for real relationships—not superficial networking.

Institutional & Academic Engagement

Participants will gain direct exposure to academic and institutional perspectives through:

  • Academic Session at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto
  • Seneca College Visit & Academic Collaboration
  • RCIC Club Scholarship Program Introduction

These components connect professional practice with academic insight, offering a deeper understanding of how education pathways, talent development, and immigration systems intersect in real-world contexts.

A Thoughtfully Designed Experience

Beyond the formal program, the gathering includes curated elements designed to complement professional exchange, ensuring a balanced and memorable experience in Toronto.

Why Attend

This event is more than an AGM, and more than a conference.

It is an opportunity to reconnect with fellow professionals, exchange ideas in person, explore emerging developments in the industry, and strengthen the relationships that support our work and growth.

Whether you are returning to see familiar colleagues or joining RCIC Club for the first time, the 5th AGM and 24th Private Conference promises to be a valuable and memorable gathering.
